We started this site because most finance-careers content online is either a thin listicle written to rank on Google, or a recruitment agency page dressed up as advice. We wanted something more useful: practical, specific guidance on the parts of a finance job search that are genuinely hard — a CV that actually gets past screening, an interview that doesn’t fall apart on the technical questions, and a clear-eyed read on what a role actually pays before you apply.
